Born and raised in Eugene, Kailynn Wright (she/her), graduated from Sheldon International High School as a full International Baccalaureate graduate with higher level testing in Spanish. She has a background with language, culture, and travel from her studies in International High School and her own adventures. She is pursuing a double major in Classics and Marine Biology at the University of Oregon. She is currently studying Latin as a part of her Classics program and hopes to have time to study Italian along with continuing her studies in Spanish. Kailynn is excited to be a student worker at the Yamada Language Center, helping student find belonging through language learning and increasing outreach for the amazing programs offered.
