Mehmet Özmen
Hello, my name is Mehmet Özmen, from Istanbul, Türkiye. I am a 25 years old English language teacher, and I will be teaching Turkish language at University of Oregon as a foreign language teaching assistant.
I have many interests and one of them is music, as I was one of the singers of my band during my university education. Also, cooking (mostly grilling kebaps and cooking traditional meals) is an important hobby for me since most of my family members work in this field. In addition, I really like watching movies, documentaries, and series.
When it comes to physical activities, playing soccer, volleyball, basketball, walking, and dancing are my favorites.
Finally, traveling and learning new cultures and customs has always been a part of my life.

Hello! I am Sardar Ali from Pakistan. I am 28 years old and currently, I am working as a lecturer in English at the University of Buner in Pakistan. I will be joining the University of Oregon as a Foreign Language Teaching Assistance (FLTA) in the middle of September this year.
I am interested in sports like Cricket and Football. Furthermore, I also love to travel and explore places. I am also fond of watching movies.
I am interested in exploring other cultures as well as sharing my own. I am flexible and can adapt myself to new settings and culture.

I’m originally from Mosul, Iraq, and I have a diverse background in education and cultural engagement, having worked as an English language teacher, dialogue facilitator, and tour guide in my country.
I’m passionate about creating content on Instagram, and I have a strong interest in filming and photography. In my free time, I enjoy playing soccer, volleyball, and basketball, as well as hiking, running, and other outdoor activities. I also love cooking traditional meals and exploring the diverse flavors from around the world. Additionally, I love watching movies and enjoy listening to a wide variety of music genres.
