The Veteran Student Welcome and Information Session is recommended for all incoming first years,  graduate students, current student veterans, transfers, and family seeking information about veteran and military connected student resources on campus. You may identify as a military connected student if you are active duty, veteran, guard, reserve, or a family member.

We will provide a free lunch! This session will provide information about resources, helpful specifically to military connected students, and include ways to connect and network on campus, as well as opportunity to meet other new and returning military connected students.

The Lyllye Reynolds-Parker Black Cultural Center (BCC) invites students to join us for our open house to discover the many resources, programs, and opportunities available through the BCC. Enjoy a sweet treat while meeting our staff, connecting with fellow students, and learning how the BCC fosters community, cultural engagement, and academic success. 

The Multicultural Center (MCC) is hosting our open house to share with students curious about connecting with identity-based student unions/organizations, learning about MCC programs and resources, and getting to know our space. We will have treats and activities to help start your journey in connecting with fellow students and MCC staff while learning how the MCC fosters a vibrant community on campus, cultural engagement, and academic success. Join the Lyllye Reynolds-Parker Black Cultural Center for A Family Affair, our annual welcome event celebrating the start of a new academic year. Connect with Black student organizations, Black-owned student businesses, and campus partners while building community and learning about opportunities to get involved. Whether you're new to campus or returning, A Family Affair is a chance to find your people, make connections, and kick off the year in community.

We invite you to the South/Southwest Asian and North African (SSWANA) Center's Open House! Learn about our space, resources, and SSWANA community while sipping on some chai and connecting with SSWANA team members and fellow students looking for community. We hope to see you there!

We’ll break down the different types of interviews you might face, how to prep without spiraling, and how to answer questions with confidence. 

Interviews make you sweaty, anxious, or just a little dramatic? Perfect. We’ve got strategies to help you feel prepared and way more chill. 

International students: get the inside scoop on U.S.-style interviews. No prior experience needed!

Browse through new or gently used business casual & business professional clothes like: blazers, slacks, suits, dresses, polos, button-ups, skirts, ties, belts, and anything else you might want to wear to a job interview! A variety of styles and sizes to choose from! Check out the UCC's "Dress The Part" Boards on Pinterest to see what kinds of office style vibes you might want to shop for! 

Not sure what to pick? We'll have volunteers around who can help you pick styles that reflect your individuality and the industry you're wanting to break into.
