Once enrolled at the University of Oregon, students may declare a sociology major or minor at any time. Simply fill out the "Add/Drop Major or Minor" form below. Completed forms will be reviewed by the Department of Sociology and submitted to the Office of the Registrar.
Students wishing to add or drop a sociology major or minor are also welcome to consult our undergraduate program team in PLC 175 should they have questions about the department. Students seeking academic advising or graduation planning are encouraged to contact CAS Advising in Tykeson Hall. See "Contact an Advisor" below for instructions and contact information.
This form may also be used to add a concentration to a currently declared sociology major.
