Septembers at the University of Oregon's Sports Product Management (SPM) program are a powerful reminder that global perspective isn't just something we teach; it's something we live.

This month, our students are immersed in international experiences across Asia. We're sharing key insights to help future applicants stand out, and one of our students has just wrapped up a game-changing internship with a leading outdoor brand. We're also celebrating the incredible community behind our Innovation Lab and gearing up to welcome prospective students both virtually and on campus. There's momentum in every direction. Let's dive in.

Maxx Wong Makes Waves at Rumpl

Thanks to a powerful partnership with Oregon's network of sports and outdoor product industry leaders, Rumpl welcomed our student Maxx Wong for a six-week internship that blended innovation, insight, and impact.

This internship was made possible through a collaborative grant initiative powered by Business Oregon and brought to life by the Oregon Outdoor Alliance, Bend Outdoor Worx, and the Oregon Manufacturing Extension Partnership. The program is an incredible example of how strategic partnerships can help grow the next generation of Oregon's outdoor gear and apparel sector.
