Finding my worth

The first day freaked me out. Initially I was super excited to start the day but by the end of the day I got a wave of self-doubt overwhelming me. After listening to all of these successful individuals in the advertising world I struggled to see, “Where I could add value?”. Getting into my own head leads me to getting down on myself, and I quickly began to realize I was throw myself a little pity party that I did not want to accept the invitation too. To quickly excuse myself from the party, I thought about what my mom has always reminded me of, “You’re journey is like no one else’s, and don’t compare yourself to others.” My silver lining from day one was that I need to toughen up and believe in myself.
