Empty Wallets, Full Hearts

An insight that stuck with me today is that everyone has a unique POV, but not everyone can articulate that narrative in a way that makes you an interesting and integral part of an agency. We’re in an industry that pays you to think, so your perspective is more valuable than any formal job experience you may have on your résumé or portfolio. Owning and applying a unique vantage point is the most indispensable quality one can have, and you already have it. Problem solving is only elevated when you learn how to integrate your own background into current culture.
