Citrus City

I don’t know how to juggle.

I’ve attempted juggling limes before, dropping them to the floor with merely two in my hand. Three is hard.

But how about juggling timelines, subway stops, expansive city blocks, firm handshakes, smart questions, correct footwear, muggy conditions, and crisp conversations? That’s way more than three limes, but it seems just a tad more manageable than throwing citrus in the air. It’s a lot to think about, and yet it’s all part of the game. NYC can be overwhelming, but a deep breath of that highly populated air and a shrug of your weighed down shoulders is sometimes just the thing to buy you a moment as you figure out your next steps.

Things move fast, but not as fast as limes fall with gravity.
