Ensure No Duck Goes Hungry

We Reached Our Goal—Now Let’s Go Further!
Thanks to your incredible generosity, we’ve reached our fundraising goal for the UO Student Food Pantry! Your support helps ensure no Duck goes hungry by providing students with access to essential food and grocery resources. Every gift makes a difference in helping students navigate food insecurity and focus on their education.

But we’re not stopping here! With our original goal met, we’re stretching our goal to $40,000 to make an even greater impact on students across campus. Your continued support will help the Food Pantry provide essential resources to students who need them most. Thank you for helping us reach this milestone and for being part of our effort to ensure every Duck has the resources they need to succeed. Help keep the momentum going by sharing the campaign with friends and family!
Generous $6000 Challenge Gift Brings Us Closer to Goal
We are excited to recognize Chris and Michelle Johnson, proud parents of Duck Rya Johnson, for their generous $6,000 gift to the campaign!
The Johnsons shared, “Imagine trying to focus on a final exam when you have to decide whether to eat or pay for everyday school costs. Food insecurity affects 23% of college students—well above the national average. We are proud to support our Ducks by helping stock the new campus pantry. The ‘Ensure No Duck Goes Hungry’ campaign reminds us that taking care of each other is what community is all about.”
Chris and Michelle are challenging the Duck community to match their $6,000 commitment and help ensure students have access to the food and everyday essentials they need to succeed.
Their generosity is an example of what we can accomplish when we come together to support our students. Will you join Chris and Michelle and meet their challenge?
Make a gift today to help stock the new campus pantry and ensure no Duck goes hungry. If you've already made a gift, THANK YOU! Please spread the word with friends and family.
