editioned T-shirts designed and packaged around the theme and brand of the idea motivated this ARTD463 course; ‘Wabi’ was based in the idea of perfection in the imperfect and the temporary. Wabi resulted in a 24 hour pop-up shop with each student creating their own project of limited editioned products.

these hand drawn designs started in a sketchbook, were then vector drawn in Illustrator and printed on outdoor grade adhesive vinyl, mounted to skatedecks and then clear coated with an acrylic urethane. (project was for WABI, this communication design course concentrated on individual student’s works offered in a 24 hour pop-up shop.)

Five members of the class to allow themselves to be tracked using their smart phones. LEDs lit up 3D printed busts of each student based on the distance they are throughout the day from their own representation. Here shown in compressed time.
