Kelsey Dickson joined the Ballmer Institute as an Associate Professor in 2026. Kelsey is an implementation scientist with expertise is in community-partnered services and implementation research aiming to improve the translation and implementation of evidence-based behavioral and implementations interventions in community settings. Her work also aims to advance the application of implementation science frameworks and methods to improve receipt of quality care in community settings.
Kelsey is a licensed clinical psychologist and holds a PhD in Child Clinical Psychology from Kent State University.
