They\u00a0include newspaper clips from various newspapers and pamphlets published during\u00a01945-1970 by the Vietnamese Communist Party&#8217;s organs and state\u00a0agencies, and\u00a0kept at the National Library in Hanoi. These\u00a0articles are\u00a0generally about\u00a0politics, economy, and culture relevant for my understanding of the communist party-state.\u00a0Among\u00a0the newspapers are\u00a0<em>S<\/em><em>\u1ef1 Th\u1eadt<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Sinh Ho\u1ea1t N\u1ed9i B\u1ed9<\/em>\u00a0(internal newsletter of the party),\u00a0<em>T<\/em><em>\u1eadp\u00a0San Kinh T\u1ebf<\/em>,\u00a0and\u00a0<em>Tr\u0103m Hoa<\/em>.\u00a0Some\u00a0of\u00a0the articles were translated from foreign publications, such as Andre Zhdanov&#8217;s report in 1948 or Mao Zedong&#8217;s work on guerrilla warfare.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The materials are organized into two
