Description
Join us in celebrating the SOMD Class of 2026!
The in-person commencement ceremony for all School of Music & Dance graduates features select musical and dance performances by graduating students.
- Admission is free with a ticket.
- Tickets are only available to graduating students.
- Tickets must be claimed by the graduating student.
- Tickets are limited to 2 per student.
- Duplicate orders or orders over the 2-ticket limit will be canceled.
- First wave: Tuesday, May 12 - Thursday, June 4 (limit 2)
- Second wave: Monday, June 8 - Friday, June 12, any remaining tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis (limit 2)

- Any tickets not redeemed 15 minutes before the ceremony starts will be released on a first-come, first-served basis to anyone without a ticket.
- If your guest is late, and their ticket is reassigned, they will be invited to watch the ceremony in the overflow area where the ceremony will be live-streamed.
- Overflow and family-friendly seating will be located in Thelma Schnitzer Hall (Music Building Room 163).
- Doors to both Beall Concert Hall and the overflow room are scheduled to open at 12:15 p.m.
