We're receiving reports of intermittent Wi-Fi service degradation, including slow connections and connections dropping. Information Services staff are investigating. If you experience Wi-Fi interruption, please let us know by submitting a ticket at Wi-Fi Networking Support.

As of right now, UO Guest is not experiencing issues, so it can be used as a workaround if necessary.

• This outage only affects setting up your device for UO Secure and eduroam. The Wi-Fi networks should be working correctly for devices that have already completed the setup process.
• People who need Wi-Fi and haven't done the setup process can use UO Guest as a temporary workaround.
