Partially Unavailable	Digital displays (Four Winds): Many digital displays on the Eugene campus are showing a red screen with an "Emergency Alert" message. As described in the Alerts blog, the emergency notification system was not activated to post that message. Info	At 9:45am, Smartsheet reported that they have addressed the problem that caused some users' login attempts to fail, and that recovery was complete by 10:25am. The problem began around 6:40am today (Feb. 28).	2/28/23 @10:37 AM
