• Shibboleth single sign-on: Shibboleth SSO experienced an unplanned service outage this morning (Wednesday, Oct. 18). People were getting the following error message when trying to log in: "A software error was encountered that prevents normal operation: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Connection pool shut down." As of 9:26 a.m., people should now be able to log in successfully after a change made by UO staff.
• Broad service disruptions: A wide range of UO IT services may experience downtime or other early-morning impacts on October 25 when UO staff move major infrastructure components to our new data center environment. Duo two-step login: According to Duo, the problems some people were experiencing receiving Duo push notifications on Android devices should have been resolved as of Thursday evening, Oct. 5.

Duo two-step login: Some people are reporting issues receiving Duo push notifications on Android devices. Duo is reporting a partial outage on its Duo Status website. Workaround: Open the Duo Mobile app and manually check for the verification request.

Printing in UO computer labs was unavailable overnight, from about 5:30 p.m. Thursday. Sept. 28, to 7:15 a.m. Friday, Sept. 29. Service was then restored.
