EmpowerU is a week-long immersion experience where female-identifying middle school aged campers are encouraged to step outside of their comfort zone, take healthy risks, and develop self-confidence in a supportive community. While exploring their own identities and values, campers will find their voice and learn skills and strategies to navigate the unique challenges that adolescent girls face. Activities will include team-building challenges, fitness and meditation, expressive art, guest speakers, group discussions, and more. We welcome all female-identifying campers into this program.
