Duck Trails is excited to offer our popular cooking program for middle schoolers. Based out of the University of Oregon’s newest housing facility, Kalapuya Illihi, Cooking Academy campers will have the opportunity to learn new culinary techniques, kitchen safety protocols, and experience a wide variety of foods. The camp will include demonstration and instruction from counselors as well as hands-on learning to help campers feel comfortable and safe in the kitchen. In the afternoons, campers will participate in camp games and have the opportunity to swim. Due to limited space, we ask that you only sign your camper up for one (1) week of this camp so more children can participate.
