Under the Oregon Public Records Law (ORS 192.311 et seq.), I am requesting the following records related to RFQ PCS# 600000-07104-RFQ, Software Development Partner for Gamified Learning Tool:All vendor proposals or quotes submitted in response to the RFQ.
The University’s evaluation of each submission, including individual and consensus scoring sheets, score tabulations, written evaluations or comments, and notes from any internal meetings held to evaluate the submissions.
The notice of intent to award or award letter.
The final executed contract between the University of Oregon and the selected vendor, including any statements of work and amendments.
