Under Oregon public records law, I am hereby requesting copies of any reports, memos or aggregate datasets that describe or detail the format of classes taken by student-athletes at the University of Oregon during the 2025-26 academic year -- e.g., in-person (on-campus), online (synchronous or asynchronous) or hybrid (blended).This request includes but is not limited to:1) Any athletic department or university reports containing aggregate information about the formats of classes taken by the student-athlete population at Oregon in 2025-26. This could include department-wide figures, such as the percentage of all student-athlete credit hours taken remotely vs. in-person, or team-by-team breakdowns/summaries.2) Any athletic department or university reports that contain an aggregate list of courses taken by student-athletes at Oregon in 2025-26, as well as any corresponding documents regarding whether those courses are in-person, remote or hybrid style.3) Any athletic department policies or requirements regarding class format -- e.g., a mandatory number of in-person credit hours that each student-athlete must take per semester.For clarity: I am requesting only aggregate data, not academic records for individual student-athletes. If portions of the requested records are exempt from disclosure under The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), please provide all reasonably segregable non-exempt portions. I consent to redactions of any student-athlete's personally identifiable information.
