Under Oregon's Public Records Law, ORS 192.311 et seq., I request electronic copies of the following existing public records maintained by University of Oregon, received from January 1, 2019 through October 26, 2026, inclusive:
1. Demand letters, notices of claim, and settlement demands received from The Bach Law Firm, LLC or Bach Law Firm, including their attachments, whether received electronically or on paper.
2. Incoming emails received from any of the following addresses, together with all attachments:

Please search the institutional records repositories and offices reasonably likely to maintain these records, including central administration and the offices responsible for legal matters and claims. This request includes records held by the university's central offices, campuses, and other university units. For email searches, please use the sender addresses above without regard to capitalization, rather than limiting the search to names or subject lines. Retained copies of the original incoming messages may satisfy the request; I am not requesting unrelated internal discussions, separate internal legal advice, or outgoing replies.
Please provide emails with their available sender, recipient, date, and subject information, and preserve the association between each email and its attachments. Please deliver the records electronically by email or download link, in an existing electronic format where available. Exact duplicate records need not be produced more than once. I am not requesting a new report or compilation.
