Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law (ORS 192.311–192.478), we are hoping to gather baseline information from UO about its Title IX case processing and outcomes for students accused of offenses that schools must adjudicate under Title IX: sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, domestic/dating violence and stalking.Our interest lies more in the overall numbers than in individual case information, and because we understand most schools’ case management systems have the ability to query this information.In the event UO’s Title IX or student judicial affairs office publishes annual reports that capture some or all of this information, feel free to share those with us. However, please note that annual campus security and fire safety reports required under the Clery Act do not capture this information and are not sufficient.Please break numbers down by year, if it is simple enough to do so. Over the same time period, how many students found responsible in a formal investigation for a Title IX offense were suspended/temporarily dismissed from your institution?7. Over the same time period, how many students found responsible in a formal investigation for a Title IX offense were issued sanctions other than expulsion/suspension/dismissal?
