Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law, I request copies of records concerning communications about the decline in Nike’s stock price since August 1, 2026. Please search for email correspondence sent among the following three University of Oregon officials: 1. The University President; 2. The Vice President for Finance and Administration / CFO (or equivalent) 3.The Athletic Director. Please produce responsive correspondence in which the subject line, message body, or attachments contain any of the following terms: “Nike”, “NKE”, “stock price”, “share price”, “stock decline”, “share decline”, “stock value”, “market value”
