Financial records

Under the Oregon Public Records Law, ORS 192.311 et seq., I request electronic copies of the following University of Oregon records:
1.    Current staffing and salary data: The most recent employee-level roster or salary report covering all classified and unclassified employees, including faculty, administrators, and professional staff under equivalent employee classifications.
2.    Historical reports: All quarterly staffing or salary reports/snapshots dated January 1, 2013, through December 31, 2025, including reports formerly published on the university’s website.
3.    2026 snapshots: All quarterly staffing or salary reports/snapshots dated January 1, 2026, through the date of this request that are already available.
Where quarterly reports are not maintained for a period, please provide the closest existing annual or periodic equivalents and identify the periods available.
For these records, I seek employee name (first and last), position title, department/unit, employee classification, full-time equivalent (FTE), and salary or pay rate with its pay basis, to the extent those fields are maintained in the reports or available through a routine export. Please include any existing documentation identifying each report’s as-of date and author or originating office. No newly created attribution document is needed.
