The Shine Theory — Chelsea Coleman and the rest of the wonderful individuals of Flock coined a term for something I’ve always believed in and that’s the shine theory. I shine brightest when the people around me are shining, too! I want to consistently surround myself with people who are passionate about what they do and are wholeheartedly good humans who are proud of not only their accomplishments, but mine as well.
