Ready

It’s been exactly one year since I flew the 3,000 miles to New York City for the annual UO advertising trip, and I can’t believe how different I feel this time around. Maybe it’s because I’m in the home stretch of college, or because I’m antsy to get out into the world, or because I finally know what I want to do and where I want to be. 

It could be all of these reasons and more. But what I know is that I’m ready  – ready to introduce myself, ready to speak my mind, ready to take charge of my experience, and ready to make an impression.

I’m also ready to experience everything this week holds with 120 exceptional Ducks. This cohort is made up of some of the most creative, ambitious and caring people I’ve met in my 21 years in Oregon, and I’m grateful to be seeing more of the world with them. Prepare yourself, NYC! We’re coming for you.
