Alright everyone, this is it! The week we’ve been anticipating for months on end. Before even letting yourself become anxious or stressed, it’s important to take a step back and realize that this trip is what you make of it- we are all here for a reason.

Some of us know exactly what we want to do, while some of us might not have that figured out yet. Either way, we are all forging our own paths for the future, and in the wise words of my mother, “Don’t let the inclination to compare yourself to others get in the way of what’s important.”

Never be afraid of exploring the unknown. Humans innately fear uncertainty and try and replicate success rather than challenge that unknown. Going into next week, remember that curiosity and confidence are key in every conversation, tour, and this overall experience. Staying quiet and following the path of others jeopardizes the chance of proving your unique potential, so remember that no question is ever a “stupid” question.
