The first time I went to New York I was 16. I was excited to walk the streets in the city I had heard so much about.

The second time I visited I was 19. I couldn’t wait to get back to the noise, the momentum, and the energy.

This will be my third trip at 21. I can’t wait to catch a glimpse of my future. I am ready to look at this city as a place as a reality for myself and not just a far off fantasy. 

This is my first time on a business trip. Before now, I don’t think I would have ever felt prepared enough to go on all of these tours and interviews, but I, for the first time, am proud of my work. I’m proud of all of the work that my peers have done and I feel ready for this opportunity.
