I found this on the internet today. Not only did it make me laugh, but it made me think. When searching for insights, sometimes it’s not that difficult to get stuck in a rut and sit in frustration. But I have realized that people from all backgrounds and different experiences can only provide major benefits to a hard-working team. With that, I can understand that diversity in workplaces and life gives you a leg up when it comes to understanding different perspectives. Together, a strong team can identify a problem and come up with some type of insight, all driven off of smart, grounded research. But without different approaches and perspectives, how strong of a team do you really have?
