You don’t always have to have an answer.

There will be hundreds of meetings and topics that are discussed while you’re working with a team. Your input isn’t always needed and you don’t want to be the person making pointless comments. Know what you know. Know what you don’t know. Find the pocket of opportunity to speak wisdom to the group. The youngest person in the room still has information that other’s won’t. Every person is a combination if experiences. Take advantage of your path.
