Your People Pt 2.

Juniors: I encourage you to challenge yourself to talk to someone you don’t know or someone that intimidates you. Whether that be a senior, a sophomore, a recruiter, or a professor, get to know who they are and, in the process, be completely and utterly yourself. Ask them questions of their experiences, ask what they value, and ask them questions they may not have an answer to. At the end of the day, life is just an abundance of problems to solve and relationships to make. 

For seniors going out into the real world soon enough, I challenge you to ask yourself: Where is your Allen Hall? Where are your people? 

And when you find them, hold them tight, because the conversations you have are the best network you could ever make and I’m 99.9% sure are going to generate the best ideas you’ve ever had (I mean, this is all hypothetical, I’m only a Junior sheesh).
