A temporary section of the Whitney Museum currently displays 20th century artwork categorized within the theme “No One Exists Alone.” The works were mainly inspired by periods of migration and the struggles families endured, but I was able to draw some connections to the lessons I’ve learned on this trip, and contextualize this theme of connection within advertising.

As humans, we are meant to interact with those around us, and that is especially true in creative fields. Success isn’t measured by what one person accomplishes, but instead by the outcome of all our individual parts. No one exists alone, and we are all better because of it.
