The Museum of Modern Art is a must-visit in NYC. Every floor is a new experience. On Fridays, students get in for free. This is amazing! I will not deny. Both times I have visited this beautiful museum, it has been on a Friday for precisely this reason. My one piece of advice is to be aware that you will not be the only student taking advantage of this deal. Each time I have explored the MoMA, I have been overwhelmed with the massive amount of people in there. If you are a person who is deterred by large crowds, I recommend going at less busy times of the day. I’ve realized that the next time I go, it will be worth it to spend the extra dollars to view each piece in peace. This way, I can truly appreciate the extensive beauty it has to offer without worrying about bumping into three small children and a grandma while doing so.
