Interviews can be very nerve racking and challenging to prepare for. Today I received the best advice from a recruiter. Rarely any student comes into an agency prepared. Everyone must be trained and polished. Therefore, come into your interview ready to tell your story. Relate that story to how it will help you in the position you are interviewing for.
