Studio Orientation and Waiver Membership are required for all new studio users not registered for a workshop to become acquainted with studio policies and space usage. Users must have prior experience to take this orientation. Prior experience is defined as workshop or class experience within the past 2 years and a full understanding of the studio processes from beginning to end.

For stained glass, that experience must include the following: • Ability to safely cut glass into specific shapes. • Knowledge of using copper foil and soldering techniques. • Familiarity with lead came construction, if applicable. • Understanding of glass types and their uses.
