Explore the cool, forgiving nature of clay, and let your hands guide your artistic expression. Wheel-throwing, hand building, and glazing techniques will be covered. Workshop emphasizes individual instruction. Beginning and continuing students welcome. Introductory materials provided. For the Wednesday Sessions starting October 7, there will not be a workshop session on November 11th Veterans Day. We will resume on November 18th for our last session.

Experience Level - No experience necessary– just bring your creativity! Workshop registration is for all dates listed. Please plan to attend all sessions. For information on registration and refund policies, please review the FAQ page.

Materials - Introductory materials included. Attendees will have a limit of 3 pugged sticks of clay. No outside clay allowed. Additional Materials: Additional clay may be purchased at the front counter.

Does this workshop qualify for Open Studio access?-Participants must complete all workshop sessions to qualify for open studio use. All Open Studio users are required to follow all Craft Center policies, clean-up procedures, safety protocols, and studio workflow guidelines.
