Jos\u00e9 es parte del \u201cprograma de acci\u00f3n diferida para menores\u201d (DACA) que da protecci\u00f3n a los indocumentados que llegaron a Estados Unidos de ni\u00f1os . DACA es un programa con un futuro incierto que puede dejar a muchas personas (j\u00f3venes) sin protecci\u00f3n legal.
