So people could go out and extend loans to people without any kind of  oversight.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"BodyText-BodyText_RR\">Karim, an associate anthropology professor at UO, is from Bangladesh.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BOOK NOTES: Readings, events, workshops, etc..
