Resident Scholars<\/strong>
\nEach year the Wayne Morse Center for Law and Politics hosts two UO faculty members as Resident Scholars. This grant supports research related to the Center\u2019s 2021-23 theme, \u201cConfronting the Carework Crisis,” or <\/strong>its Program for Democratic Governance. Resident Scholars conduct research or other professional activities that contribute to the scholar\u2019s own work and the Wayne Morse Center\u2019s programs. Applications for the 2021-22 academic year are due by 5 p.m. Monday, Jan. 4, 2021<\/strong>. Graduate Research Fellow<\/strong>
\nThis $3,000 award supports UO graduate student research on the Wayne Morse Center\u2019s 2021-23 theme, \u201cConfronting the Carework Crisis,” or the priorities of the center\u2019s Program for Democratic Governance as well as research on Wayne Morse as part of the Wayne Morse Monograph series. Applications for the 2021-22 academic year are due by 5 p.m. Monday, Jan. 4, 2021<\/strong>. Project Grants<\/strong>
\nThe Wayne Morse Center awards grants annually to community organizations, university faculty and departments, and student organizations to support projects, events and activities related to the Center\u2019s two-year-long themes of inquiry.
