This collection, featuring work by both senior and rising scholars, considers topics including the politics of visibility, histories of Asian American participation in women of color political formations, accountability for Asian American \u201csettler complicities\u201d and cross-racial solidarities, and Asian American community-based strategies against state violence as shaped by and tied to women of color feminisms.&nbsp;<em>Asian American Feminisms and Women of Color Politics<\/em>&nbsp;provides a deep conceptual intervention into the theoretical underpinnings of Asian American studies; ethnic studies; women\u2019s, gender, and sexual studies; as well as cultural studies in general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ethnic.uoregon.edu\/profile\/fujiwara\/\" target=\"_blank\">Lynn Fujiwara<\/a>&nbsp;is an associate professor in the Department of Ethnic Studies at the University of Oregon and the author of&nbsp;<em>Mothers without Citizenship: Asian Immigrant Families and the Consequences of Welfare Reform<\/em>. Shireen Roshanravan is an associate professor of American ethnic studies at Kansas State University. She was a post-doc at UO in women&#8217;s and gender studies in 2010.
