Herman Award for Specialized Pedagogy in Undergraduate Legal Studies<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In recognition of her work creating collaborative and inclusive learning environments across campus, McKinley is a 2019 recipient of the Herman Award for Specialized Pedagogy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Michelle McKinley is the Bernard B. Kliks Professor of Law,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/law.uoregon.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">School of Law<\/a>.
