Her lecture is titled \u201cWritten\/Unwritten: On the Promise and Limits of Diversity and Inclusion.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>An associate professor of English at Montclair State University, Matthew gives lectures on the topic at universities throughout the country.
