This keynote lecture focuses on \u201ccivil rights violence\u201d and the overt and covert subjugation of violence against women as something other than a civil rights harm. <a href=\"http:\/\/wendymurphylaw.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wendy Murphy<\/a> specializes in the representation of crime victims, women and children.
