Based on his recent work on the circulation of Latin American cultural production both within and outside Latin America, his lecture will focus on the relation between authenticity, ethnic cuisines and neoliberalism through three case studies: Diane Kennedy, Rick Bayless and Enrique Olvera.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sponsors:<\/strong> <em>Romance Languages, Giustina Fund, Humanities
