Through these conversations, we will create a framework and inspire Latinos in Oregon to consider politics beyond voting and advocacy, and to consider public service as community leaders or elected officials. The conversations are open to new and actively involved Latinos.<\/p>\n<p>With a nonpartisan approach, participants of all party affiliations and perspectives are encouraged to attend in order to create balanced conversations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Session One: Let\u2019s talk politics<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This facilitated conversation explores what political leadership looks like among Latinos. It will include an exploration of Oregon Latinos\u2019 civic health index in major civic engagement domains.
