Her\u00a0novels include Erzulie\u2019s Skirt (RedBone Press 2006) and When the Sun\u00a0Once Again Sang to the People (KRK Ediciones 2011).<\/p>\n<p>This talk is the 2015 installment of the Sally Miller Gearhart Lectures in Lesbian Studies, a biennial event in the Department of Women\u2019s and Gender Studies. The Sally Miller Gearhart Lectures in Lesbian Studies fund was established by Carla Blumberg, student, friend and colleague of Sally Miller Gearhart, to promote and enhance lesbian
