This event addresses the devolution of immigration policing and enforcement to the local and state levels, through state legislation such as Arizona\u2019s SB 1070. The panel and keynote speaker will examine how these anti-immigrant policies are affecting immigrant communities, and efforts to organize in defense of immigrant rights at the local and state
