Latino Roots Project<\/a><\/h4>\n

Latino Roots includes a touring collection of panels that tells the story of Latino families in Oregon. These panels have been viewed by well over 50,000 people in venues throughout the state. Book them for your school, library, museum, or civic venue by contacting our Latino Roots coordinator at cllas(at)uoregon.edu<\/p>\n

Research Action Projects<\/a><\/h4>\n

CLLAS Research Action Projects offer UO faculty, students, and community members a forum for intellectual collaboration across disciplinary boundaries and the chance to create intellectual community outside of their departments and units. RAPs also offer a chance to collectively imagine and design research projects, develop grant proposals, and produce relevant publications and research products such as reports, articles, books, videos, and websites. The \u201cAction\u201d part of RAPS is meant to inspire project participants to think outside of the box and actively engage their research results in innovative ways that have social impact inside and outside of the academy. CLLAS currently has four RAPs. In moving forward with the model of RAPs as a vehicle for shared, funded research, CLLAS will do its best to offer workshops and support to faculty on topics such as proposal development and research design, how to publish books and articles, and how to research funding for projects.<\/p>\n
