Ichishkíin (Sahaptin) is a Native American language of the Columbia River Plateau. The language is critically endangered, and thiscourse adds to language preservation efforts. The course has been designed under the guidance of Yakama Elder, Dr. Virginia Beavert,a renowned language activist and scholar.
