DAN 360. Dance Kinesiology. 3 Credits.
This course explores advanced movement concepts begun in DAN 260-Anatomy of Movement. We will investigate the relationships between different anatomical structures and various body systems. Concepts of Anatomy, Kinesiology, Motor Control and Somatics will be explored through readings, discussions, and physical embodiment practices. Included is analysis and direct application to dance technique and expression. Sequence with DAN 260.
